Apostles Attend Presidential<br />
Inauguration<br />
Elder L. Tom Perry and Elder Quentin<br />
L. Cook <strong>of</strong> the Quorum <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Twelve Apostles represented the<br />
<strong>Church</strong> at the 57th Presidential Inauguration<br />
at the United States Capitol<br />
in Washington, D.C., on Mon<strong>day</strong>,<br />
January 21. <strong>The</strong>y attended with their<br />
wives, Barbara D. Perry and Mary G.<br />
Cook.<br />
Elder Holland Dedicates<br />
New MTC Buildings<br />
Elder Jeffrey R. Holland <strong>of</strong> the Quorum<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Twelve Apostles dedicated<br />
three newly renovated buildings<br />
at the Provo Missionary Training<br />
Center.<br />
<strong>The</strong> dedicatory prayer was given as<br />
part <strong>of</strong> his devotional address on January<br />
15, <strong>2013</strong>, to missionaries at the<br />
center—including new MTC presidents<br />
and visitors’ center directors.<br />
“We have just completed the Matthew<br />
Cowley Instructional Building,<br />
the Addison Pratt Residence Building,<br />
and the Dan Jones Residence<br />
Building, as part <strong>of</strong> the upgrading<br />
and renovation going on at this center,”<br />
he said. “In those three names<br />
we celebrate three <strong>of</strong> the greatest<br />
missionaries that have ever served in<br />
this dispensation.”<br />
