Perform side torso bend exercise<br />
(a) Stand with feet slightly apart and arms at sides<br />

(b) Extend arms down sides slowly and hold<br />
(c) Bend from waist and keep your shoulders back<br />
(d) Return to starting position<br />
(e) Repeat exercise on opposite side<br />
Perform shoulder stretch exercise<br />
(a) Stand with feet slightly apart<br />
(b) Keeping your back straight, extend arms out from your sides<br />
(c) Rotate both arms in circular/windmill motion<br />
(d) Continue for 10-15 seconds<br />
(e) Repeat exercise in reverse swinging motion<br />
