CAREER PLAYOFF STATISTICS
2011 PLAYOFFS - INDIANA PACERS MEDIA GUIDE
#44 - SOLOMON JONES
He played in all but seven of the season's first
43 games, averaging 3.7 ppg and 2.8 rpg.
He scored in double figures twice, leading the
Indiana bench with a season-high 12 points at
Sacramento, 11/30, and registering 10 points on
4-4 FG and 2-2 FT vs. Atlanta, 11/16.
In the game against the Kings, he shot 4-7 FG
and made 4-4 FT.
Including those two games, he started the season
19-22 from the foul line (.864), but then
made just 21-37 FT (.568) the rest of the season.
After scoring just four points in the first three
games of the season combined, he had at least
four points in 17 of his next 22 appearances-from
the beginning of November through the day
after Christmas.
In those 22 games, he shot 41-82 FG (.500).
But, he would score more than three points in
just two of his last 14 contests and he shot 7-36
FG in those games.
After gathering a total of nine rebounds (and
no offensive rebounds) in his first eight appearances
of the season, he gathered in double digit
rebounds for the first time in his pro career with
10 boards off the bench in the Pacers' win over
the Heat in Miami, 11/22.
That was one of his nine games with at least
four rebounds and one of his five with at least six
boards.
His 10 boards at Miami included his first three
offensive rebounds of the season, and he had
seven games with three or more offensive
rebounds, including a career-best five in the Pacers'
win against the Lakers in L.A., 11/28.
After Frank Vogel became interim head coach,
1/30, he was on the active roster just six times in
38 games and made just three appearances.
In his last outing of the season, he had one
point, a team-high tying six rebounds, one assist
and two steals in 26+ minutes at Orlando, 4/13.
His assist against the Magic was one of his 30
he had on the season. In two campaigns with the
Pacers, he has totaled 32 assists in 91 games. In
over 150 games (156) with Atlanta, he totaled
just 26 assists.
He dealt a season-high three assists at Chicago,
12/13, and that was one of his eight games
with multiple assists.
games of the first-round series with the Celtics,
he logged 13 minutes in Game 7 at Boston, 5/4,
Those six rebounds included four offensive
