mechanical engineer<br />
graduate of John M. Sowle<br />
Purdue, is a vet<br />
. cran of service in the Air Force, from<br />
which he was discharged as a first lieutenant.<br />
Currently he is heing retained in<br />
H civilian capacity to do research and<br />
development work for the Air Force at<br />
the Wright-Patterson plant in Dayton,<br />
Ohio. He is the father of two, Mark, age<br />
2%, and Danny, 1, both born while he<br />
was in service.<br />
Louise E. Redman, Marlee J. Bieschke,<br />
NorIDltn Swanson, Jack E. Suomi, Max<br />
Glugla, John R. Ritter, James F. Seng,<br />
Gerald R. Wilkin and William R. Hays<br />
Jr. are new additions to our office force.<br />
Carol Haub of the Computing Bureau<br />
recently became Mrs. Vaceluke at a<br />
marriage cel'emony in her home. Afterward<br />
the bride and groom spent a honeymoon<br />
in the Smokey Mountains.<br />
Now that vacation time is practically<br />
over, we find we have had representatives<br />
of our office in all four compass<br />
directions of thcsc United States. Esther<br />
Prather covered the north, venturing as<br />
far as Toronto, Canada. Marjorie RObberts<br />
took cal'e of the east by touring<br />
the Kew England states. South, WP.<br />
were wcll represented by Ann Kennedy<br />
and Ronald Koss in Florida, and Rasp<br />
Printz in Memphis. 'Mary Clauson<br />
handled the west with a tour through<br />
Colorado, Utah and California, including'<br />
fabulous Disneyland.<br />
Mike Samp of the accounts receivable<br />
bureau returned to the office on Sept.<br />
16 after an extended sick leave.<br />
The dining car acconntant's office at<br />
Western Avenue put out the "welcome<br />
mat" fOl' the return of Richard Super-<br />
son who has completed two years of<br />
service in the Navy. He visited approximately<br />
15 foreign countries during<br />
his tour of duty.<br />
