Yes, Performance appraisal <strong>of</strong> the faculty is done<br />
based on feedback given by students and the<br />
respective HODs about the punctuality, lecture<br />
preparation, communication, interaction with the<br />
students, research, contribution in department<br />
and college activities etc. Students put their<br />
suggestions in the suggestion box.<br />
Yes, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff members<br />
can approach respective Head <strong>of</strong> Departments,<br />
Vice Principal and Principal for redressal <strong>of</strong> any<br />
grievance. LMC has been constituted as per the<br />
University <strong>of</strong> Pune rules & regulations. Students<br />
can approach their respective guardian faculty<br />
member (GFM) and Head <strong>of</strong> the departments and<br />
if required, Vice Principal & Principal for their<br />
grievances. We have adopted Pune University<br />
grievance committee with our college coordinator<br />
for stakeholder grievances.
