Convention Recap • Awards and Recognition • Message in a Bottle

PRESIDEnT’S
MESSAGE
Dear MonaVie Family,
It’s now been several weeks since the conclusion of the 2007 MonaVie LIFE International Convention, but every
day since the convention, I’ve thought back on what took place, and I’m still in awe. For those of you who were
fortunate enough to attend, I know you understand what I’m saying.
Words simply cannot explain the flood of emotion I felt on the morning of that final day of convention as literally
thousands of you made your way to center stage to make personal donations to the MORE Project. This simple
and pure act of love was the highlight of the convention for me and many others, and, quite honestly, the highlight
of my 17 years in this business.
Later that same morning, we heard from Mike Durant, a decorated veteran and inspiration for the movie Black
Hawk Down. As a prisoner of war held hostage in Somalia some 14 years ago, Mike spoke about his harrowing
experience and how he lost friends who attempted to free him from captivity. His story was both moving and
inspiring, and captured well the theme of this year’s convention—LIFE.
For me, one of the funnest parts of convention is announcing the reward trips that we have in store for you, our
deserving distributors. Coming up April 27–May 4, 2008, is our Diamond Destination “Adventure of the Seas”
Caribbean cruise. Later that same year we’ll be taking our Black Diamond distributors on a Mediterranean cruise,
July 21–30, with stops in Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, and Greece. More details on these two exciting reward trips
will be coming soon.
Judging by the overwhelmingly positive response to the MonaVie LIFE store and the new MonaVie Mall, it seems as
though many of you are already purchasing luggage and new outfits for these reward trips!
If you weren’t able to attend this year’s convention, I encourage you to decide
today that you will never miss another MonaVie International Convention.
This annual event is a must-attend for every MonaVie distributor desiring a
lifestyle of more health and freedom.
Carpe diem,
Founder and President, MonaVie

The 2007 MonaVie LIFE International Convention in Salt
Lake City, Utah, promised to be the must-see event of the
year and didn’t disappoint as thousands of distributors
gathered to hear speakers discuss the benefits of the açai
berry, learn how to build a thriving MonaVie business, and
have fun and network with other successful entrepreneurs.
The convention was off to a high-flying start on Thursday
with the landing of the MonaVie parachute team during
the annual golf tournament held at the beautiful Eaglewood
Golf Course.
From there, the convention was in full swing Friday
morning as MonaVie cofounder and executive vice
president Henry Marsh teamed with Utah Jazz mascot
Bear to fire up the Salt Palace crowd, leading a chant of
“M-O-n-A-V-I-E.”
“Isn’t life wonderful,” Dallin Larsen, MonaVie founder and
president, asked when he took the stage. In front of a virtual
backdrop of the American flag, Dallin joined convention
attendees in honoring U.S. war veterans with a moving
rendition of “God Bless America,” sung by Whitney Olsen,
daughter of Black Diamond Executives Scott and Sue Olsen.
Dallin next held an impromptu convention roll call,
recognizing distributors from Japan, new Zealand,
Australia, Puerto Rico, Canada, and from all across the
United States.
“I love the culture we’re establishing in this company,”
Dallin said. “This is about more than a product. This is
about life.”
Wayne Moorehead, vice president of marketing, took
the stage next and announced several marketing initiatives,
including a new Success from Home magazine,
the Extraordinary Process and Athlete brochures, the
monavieonthemove.com website redesign, and the special
edition convention bottle.
Later, Jeremy Wycherly announced the launch of MonaVie
Mall, the new online destination for MonaVie branded
apparel and promotional items, including customized
business cards, address labels, and letterhead. Wycherly,
director of MonaVie Mall, also announced that distributors
can receive a 10 percent discount on their first purchase in
the mall.
Following Jeremy, Alec Clark, senior manager of branding
and recognition, announced the details of the first MonaVie
LIFE store giveaway and raffle, which included shopping
sprees in the LIFE store, two Sicilian 150 Scooters, and a
getaway for two to the Zermatt Resort in Park City, Utah.
The MonaVie LIFE store was a hit even before it opened,
as hundreds of people stood in line to catch their first
glimpse of the jewelry, clothing, and other MonaVie
branded items that made their official debut during
the convention.
on the move | 1

“It was instant pandemonium. Stuff was flying off the
shelves,” said Alec, describing how many products—including
the wheeled carry-on luggage and briefcase—sold out
within the first few hours.
Drs. Carson and Schauss
Following Alec, Dr. Ralph Carson, member of the MonaVie
Board of Directors and nationally recognized expert in the
field of eating disorders and weight management, and Dr.
Alex Schauss, one of the world’s foremost authorities on
the açai berry, each discussed the scientific research that has
established the açai berry as one of the world’s premier fruits.
“There is no criticism of açai; it truly is a superfruit,” Schauss
said, highlighting scientific research that indicates açai is far
superior to wild blueberries, cocoa, and dark chocolate.
MORE Miracles
Dallin predicted early in the convention that the MORE
Project would raise $1 million to continue its efforts to feed,
clothe, and educate children in Brazil; convention attendees
delivered on that promise, donating approximately
US$1,030,000 to this worthwhile cause.
“Your generosity continues to amaze us,” said Charlie Brink,
MonaVie cofounder and executive director of the MORE
Project. He joined Sergio Ponce, project director, and
Chris Brink, project manager, to detail the various MORE
Project initiatives and showcase footage of their remarkable
and inspiring efforts to assist the poverty-stricken area.
To maximize the compensation plan…
Friday afternoon, distributors attended breakout sessions
designed to provide them with the information they needed
to become successful entrepreneurs.
“To maximize the compensation plan, you need to be on a
1-, 2-, or 3-case AutoShip,” Brig Hart, MonaVie’s Imperial
Black Diamond Executive, told a packed room of distributors
during the “Your Life and the MonaVie Compensation
Plan” breakout session. Brig and Lita offered several tips to
maximize the MonaVie business.
Among them: build your organization locally before expanding
to new territories; replicate the system of other successful
distributors; and sponsor people within your sphere of influence,
i.e., friends, family, co-workers.
“Your greatest assets in life are your mistakes,” said Royal
Black Diamond Executive Onyx Coale during the breakout
2 | 2nd/3rd Quarter 2007
session “Designing Your MonaVie LIFE.” She and husband
Robert Addie shared with distributors how they successfully
overcame obstacles when building their organization.
Among their tips to be successful: teach new distributors
how to use the Virtual Office; work with people that you
like; don’t take “no” as an insult; let the MonaVie product
sell itself; and don’t wait to learn everything about MonaVie
before sharing it with others.
Bag, bottle, book, big dream
Steve and Gina Merritt, Presidential Black Diamond Executives,
were the presenters of the breakout session “Embracing
the MonaVie LIFE from Distributor to Diamond,” where
they discussed what distributors needed most to build a
successful MonaVie business.
“You need four things—a bag, a bottle, a book, and a big
dream,” Steve said, explaining how each of those items
served as the foundation for his family’s success.
“We made every single moment count,” said Gina. “The
key thing is we kept building the business.”
That’s why they’re called relationships.
Dr. Roger Rinn, a licensed psychologist and author of five
books (including Positive Parenting), presented the breakout
session “Bringing MonaVie Home—Couples & Positive Parenting,”
where he discussed the principal reasons couples
divorce, how men and women differ emotionally, and the
importance of being positive in life.
Of the many fascinating tidbits he shared, Rinn said the
average adult needs to hear five positive comments to
overcome the effects of one negative comment. He also
summed up the complexity of marital relationships, stating:
“Sometimes it’s smooth sailing and sometimes they sink.
That’s why they’re called relationships.”
Holly and Corbin Roush presented “Changing Lives by
Opening new Areas” and shared how to build a MonaVie
business in a new territory. Among the tips for distributors:
build a new market business with close friends; hold a
minimum of three home meetings; and be persistent
and positive.
Jeff Graham, managing director of product development
for MonaVie, presented “Changing Lives with MonaVie,”
in which he discussed the product formula and answered
DISTRIBUTOR SPOTLIGHT
LIVInG THE AMERICAn DREAM—MARC FRAnK MOnTOYA
What do one of the world’s top snowboarders and
MonaVie have in common? They’re both On the Move.
Denver native and Utah transplant Marc Frank Montoya
(MFM) is climbing the ranks in the world of snowboarding
and in the world of MonaVie.
Marc was introduced to MonaVie by a friend who thought
the product would help him through a snowboarding injury
he was battling. Initially Marc declined the offer, but eventually
he agreed to try it, and was glad when he did. “I had
a very positive experience with MonaVie and just to make
sure it wasn’t the placebo effect, I sent some to another pro
snowboarder who had similar issues. When he enjoyed the
benefits as well, I knew MonaVie was for real,” Marc says.
Ever since he gained his own testimonial of the product,
Marc’s MonaVie business has snowballed. He went Ruby
in two months, and it doesn’t look as though he plans to
slow down anytime soon. “Once I experienced health and
wealth through MonaVie, I decided that I was going to
give everyone in snowboarding a chance to experience
MonaVie—and I know everyone in snowboarding!” Marc
says.
Marc didn’t become a top snowboarder by making excuses,
and he didn’t let a rigorous snowboarding schedule keep
him from taking on the MonaVie opportunity. “When
people say they don’t have enough time for MonaVie, I
laugh,” Marc says. “If I can find time for MonaVie in my
schedule, anyone can. You’ve got to make time and stop
making excuses for being unhealthy and broke.”
Marc believes that the MonaVie opportunity can set you
free; it can get you out of the mindset that you have to stay
in a “regular” job. “That is not the American Dream,” Marc
says. “Those who come to America and start their own
businesses have the dream, not us; we have it backward.”
A successful entrepreneur in his own right, Marc has his
own reality TV show and even owns a couple of hotels.
“Of all the business ventures I’ve been involved with,
MonaVie is my favorite,” Marc says. “I enjoy doing
MonaVie because I’m helping people, and I like that.
I’m not in it for the money; I’ve made money.”
With MonaVie providing the pathway to the American
Dream, Marc encourages people to not be afraid to tell
others about the opportunity. “You are doing people a
favor by telling them about MonaVie,” Marc says. “This is
the best opportunity around, and by sharing it, you could
be changing people’s lives in more ways than one.”
MOnAVIE GARDEn AnD WATCH WHAT GROWS!
When properly cared for, a garden will produce fruits and
vegetables that are beneficial to the body. As useful as a
garden is, however, it would be a shame if its practicality
ended at the dinner table. A garden’s greatest value may
be found in analogy.
10 | 2nd/3rd Quarter 2007
In the book As a Man Thinketh by James Allen, the author
states: “A man’s mind may be likened to a garden, which
may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild; but
whether cultivated or neglected, it must, and will, bring forth.
If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless
weed seeds will fall therein, and will continue to produce
their kind.”

PLAnTInG THE RIGHT SEEDS
Have you ever approached a prospective distributor
about the MonaVie opportunity, and he wasn’t receptive?
After thanking him for his time, did you say to yourself, “I
knew he wouldn’t be interested”? And all the while you’re
wondering how distributors in your upline seem to win the
interest of everyone they talk to.
What if you had the power to influence—for good—your
interactions with potential distributors? The truth is that you
do. The effort you put into programming your thoughts
and attitude will be reflected in your interactions.
THE SEEDS OF DOUBT AnD FEAR
Consider the classic example of two people (let’s call them
Mike and John) who come in contact with a group of
“troubled teens” on the street.
Mike is a former counselor for troubled teens and, based
on previous experiences, knows that deep down these are
good kids who, for one reason or another, don’t understand
how to get the love and acceptance they want. Mike
walks right up to the kids and starts kidding around with
them, establishing immediate rapport. Before parting, he
cautions them to stay out of trouble, and leaves with a
smile. The scene played out just as he had anticipated
it would.
John, on the other hand, has little experience with troubled
teens. In fact, the only thing he knows about troubled teens
is that they toilet papered his house last Halloween and
bullied his son once after a high school football game. The
pre-judgments taking place in John’s mind will be manifested
in his interaction—or lack thereof—with the group.
Likewise, sensing John’s fear and resentment, the troubled
teens will inevitably react in such a way so as to produce
the fruit of the seed John planted.
Your thoughts, preconceived notions, and expectations
will all be mirrored by those with whom you come in
contact. By thinking positively and expecting a favorable
outcome, you can greatly increase your chances of having
good interactions with prospective distributors each
and every time.
THE SEED OF CHOICE
Like a radio that offers new music with each turn of the
dial, life is ready and able to provide you with whatever
it is you may be seeking—from the most virtuous virtue
to the most visceral vice. The various frequencies on your
FM/AM radio are ever-present over the airways, but it isn’t
until you choose to tune into one of them that you will hear
that station’s music and bring that influence—good or
bad—into your life.
In life, your thoughts act as the tuner for your mind and,
thus, determine what kind of mental music you listen
to and are influenced by. Some popular mental music
stations play music featuring negativity and co-starring
self-pity. With so many options available, why spend time
listening to the same old song? Commit now to wake up
tomorrow with the attitude that today will be the best day
of your life. Then mentally plan how your day will be successful
and how you will respond to potential challenges.
And don’t be surprised when you do have an extraordinary
day or when people start coming into your life who share
your same beliefs. After all, they’re listening to the same
station you are.
now that you know you can choose to dance to a different
tune—even though you may have been listening to the
same one for years—what kind of “mental music” will you
select from this day forward? And will you be programming
yourself for success?
THE MOnAVIE MASTER GARDEnER CHALLEnGE
The garden analogy proves to be fertile soil in giving birth
to some of life’s most valuable lessons. Just as seeds in a
garden need sun, water, and soil to thrive, so the seeds of
successful and positive thought require nurturing in the
form of discipline, practice, and—most importantly—belief.
Take the MonaVie Master Gardener challenge: First, define
why you are passionate about MonaVie. Then, get excited
about sharing that passion with others and envision everyone
you come into contact with embracing the opportunity.
Finally, over the next week, contact at least 10 people with
your new and improved mindset. The power of your positive
thoughts will greatly enhance your interactions, and
even if your prospect isn’t immediately receptive…you just
may have planted a seed.
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 22
With stained glass windows and a comfortable interior,
Zermatt’s Matterhorn Grand Ballroom was nice enough—
but was it big enough? That we were able to crowd one
of Zermatt’s largest meeting rooms speaks to the growth
MonaVie is experiencing.
Dallin Larsen, MonaVie founder and president, opened by
congratulating all in attendance for reaching a key milestone
with MonaVie—becoming a Ruby Executive.
Dallin talked about how the “e” in MonaVie means
exceptional. “And while we may not yet be exceptional in
all areas,” Dallin said, “we are exceptional at rewarding
our distributors for a job well done.” In reference to the
upcoming Diamond Destination in Hawaii, Dallin asked,
“We have about 40 rooms still available. Who wants to
come?” Many more than 40 hands shot in the air, to which
Dallin replied jokingly, “If you don’t make it this time, don’t
worry; you can join us at the Diamond Destination after
that in Idaho.” Or perhaps the joke was on Dallin when
everyone laughed at the mention of Idaho (Dallin’s home
state) as the location for a Diamond Destination.
12 | 2nd/3rd Quarter 2007
Ruby Fly-In, February 21–24, 2007 Zermatt Resort, Midway, Utah
Dallin also reviewed the additional perks now available
in the compensation plan. He reflected on his thought
process of wanting to reward Black Diamonds with a
Mercedes, Royal Black Diamonds with motor coach credits,
and Presidential Black Diamonds with jet credits—but
after that, he wanted to do something “out of this world.”
He had a friend who works for nASA tell him once that
you could take a trip to outer space for $250,000. That
got Dallin thinking, so he polled the audience to see who
would want to go to outer space for becoming Crown Black
Diamond. With a surprising lack of interest in the offer,
Dallin said that those who achieve Crown Black Diamond
will simply have to settle for a $1 million cash bonus.
After covering what distributors can expect from corporate,
Dallin talked about what corporate expects of its distributors.
He encouraged distributors to hold and come to
meetings, abide by the policies and procedures, counsel
with their uplines, advance to Black Diamond (so
you can get your Mercedes), stay connected (visit
www.monavieonthemove.com frequently and read the
quarterly magazine), be positive, and welcome all members
of your organization into the MonaVie family.
Maria Ramirez
Maria Ramirez, member of the MonaVie Board of Directors
and renowned financial expert, said that she got involved
with MonaVie after doing her research on the product and
the company. Having worked in various capacities over the
years, she observed that “companies come and go, but
people and relationships last.” That’s one of the reasons
she is keen on MonaVie—because distributors are able
to build lasting relationships. “The distribution method is
proven,” said Maria. She believes that with MonaVie and
the potential for worldwide expansion, opportunities are

unlimited. She closed by saying that MonaVie is on its way to
dominating the nutritional beverage industry but that it couldn’t
be done without the distributors. She encouraged distributors
to be passionate and persevere. Maria currently serves on
MonaVie’s Board of Directors.
Jeff Graham, Managing Director of Product Development
Distributors came hungry for good, solid product information,
and Jeff provided a feast. All in attendance benefited from
Jeff’s overview of the product development process—from harvesting
the açai berry in Brazil to bottling the finished product
here in the United States. During his presentation, Jeff also
made these exciting announcements: (1) MonaVie has added
a new state-of-the-art bottling line with increased capacity, (2)
MonaVie products are now scanned with a new x-ray machine
for added quality assurance, and (3) MonaVie Active has been
tested and proven to be free from all banned substances and,
therefore, is safe for use by all athletes.
Dell Brown, General Manager
Dell confirmed what we all already knew—that MonaVie is
growing! More than that, he demonstrated what MonaVie is
doing to keep up with and stay ahead of current economic
trends. Dell assured distributors that all departments at
MonaVie—from marketing and events to product develop-
ment and distributor support—are working to support them
in their business.
Wayne Moorehead, Vice President of Marketing
The focus of Wayne’s message was “People don’t buy products;
they buy brands.” His point was illustrated by the typical
consumer who goes to the store to buy Cheerios, not cereal;
Pepsi, not soda; and Crest, not toothpaste. Wayne continued
by saying that in order to effectively propagate the MonaVie
brand, two crucial interactions must successfully take place:
(1) the interaction between the distributor and the product, and
(2) the interaction between the distributor and the customer.
“MonaVie is a product for everyone,” Wayne stated, “and we
have a great selection of marketing materials and sales tools to
reach various consumer preferences.” These materials include
the new MonaVie bottle and box, the new Distributor Kit, and
other literature (e.g., brochures, magazines, and DVDs). All of
these items now sport the new look and feel, upon which we
will continue to build our brand going forward.
David Racz, Vice President of Distributor Services
After reconvening from lunch, we were introduced to one of the
newest members of the MonaVie corporate team, David Racz.
A true champion of the distributor cause, David shared his vision
of leading and coaching a top-notch Distributor Services organization
and ensuring that each member of the corporate team
creates a sense of partnership with distributors to help ensure
their success. In summing up David’s own view of his goals for
the organization, he shared the well-known mantra from the
movie Top Gun: We want to be “the best of the best.”
Charlie Brink, Cofounder and Executive Director, MORE Project
If there was one theme that seemed to characterize this Ruby
Fly-In, it was the incredible strides that the MORE Project is
taking to reach out to more people in more effective ways.
Charlie announced that the MonaVie Board of Directors
recently approved that the MORE Project receive $200,000
a year for 10 years to cover its administrative costs. This is
enough to ensure that 100 percent of all money donated to the
MORE Project goes directly to helping those in need.
Sergio Ponce, Director, MORE Project Brazil
A travel-weary Sergio seemed no worse for wear once he
began talking about the MORE Project. Filled with love and
passion for a cause that is bigger than all of us, Sergio stated,
“It’s not about me; this is a much greater work.” If the children
of Brazil are feeling the same love and excitement that embodies
Sergio, it’s no wonder miracles are happening in the lives
of those the MORE Project touches. With the MORE Project’s
new focus on “teaching people to fish,” Sergio says it will take
more than just love and passion to accomplish the work. For
the work to continue thriving, he said we need money, organization,
and vision.
“While the people of Brazil lack in many basic things, they
seem full of the higher human attributes. These people are
needy, yet deserving. When we align with Sergio and the
MORE Project, we have the opportunity to help. And, as we
succeed in our MonaVie businesses, we should help. That
is our business. For none of us can be successful without
helping others.“
—Beckee VanWagner
Blue Diamond Executive, Clermont, Florida
Dallin Larsen, MonaVie Founder and President
Touched by the emotion Sergio had introduced into the
meeting, Dallin felt inspired to share two of his own personal
experiences in Brazil. The first was about a clown named
Popcorn who, after tirelessly entertaining children at a MORE
Project function, cried like a baby as he told Sergio that he had
waited for such an opportunity for nine long years. His clothes
drenched with sweat and his face wet with tears, Popcorn
embodied the spirit of the MORE Project that day.
Dallin told of another story in which a young boy clung to his
wife, Karree, for over an hour, basking in the arms of her love.
Dallin speculated that the boy couldn’t let go because that may
have been the first time in his life he had felt love.
With the tone of the meeting such as it was, Dallin opened the
floor up to distributors to share experiences of how MonaVie
and the MORE Project have touched their lives.
Ruby Executives, Pembroke Pines, Florida
Friday, February 23
Friday is “Fun-day” at a MonaVie Ruby Fly-In. This time was
no exception. With a choice between skiing on world-class
slopes; shopping and dining at Park City’s renowned Main
Street shops; and getting pampered at a first-class, Europeaninspired
But those are the kind of tough choices our MonaVie distributors
don’t mind making.
Thanks to all of you who participated in the February 2007
Having a servant’s heart
Our success has been helped by staying true to the philosophy and
belief that MonaVie is a business of having a servant’s heart. To truly
succeed, we believe you must operate with an attitude of “Mission-
Team-Me.” First, be dedicated to the Mission—that’s MonaVie and
its message of health and opportunity. Second, be dedicated to
supporting your team members on their path to success. Lastly, focus
on yourself.
MonaVie is the great equalizer because it allows AnYOnE—no
matter what race, religion, creed, socio-economic status, or age—to
achieve their dreams and find financial freedom and better health.
MonaVie is so much more than a juice; it’s so much more than a
compensation plan; it’s so much more than the MORE Project; it’s so
much more than a chance to help others succeed; it’s a family with a
bigger cause and a bigger purpose than any one of us could handle
by ourselves. It’s the power of many.
you to eat an abundant amount of fruits
and vegetables to stay healthy and fit.
Today, research and science have shown
the remarkable benefits of fruits and
vegetables and the role they play in
promoting health and fighting disease.
Antioxidants help prevent the oxidation
of chemicals in your body, which can
be intensified by various behaviors,
including exercising, poor dieting,
smoking, and excessive exposure to
ultraviolet rays. If left alone, oxidation
produces free radical molecules, which
can cause oxidative stress. This oxidative
stress can damage your body’s cells and
increase your risk for certain diseases.
Eating antioxidant-rich foods—like fruits
and vegetables—can enhance your
body’s antioxidant defenses. The USDA
recommends that the average person
consume 5,000 oxygen radical absorbance
capacity (ORAC) units daily to
maintain a healthy level of antioxidants
in the body. However, research shows
only 5 percent of Americans consume
five servings of fruits or vegetables
daily. In addition, less than 1 percent
of Americans consume nine or more
servings, the USDA’s daily ORAC
recommendation.
“Rock Like This”
Whitney Olsen kicked off the final day of convention with her
self-penned song, “Rock Like This.” Afterward, Dallin recognized
Emerald and Ruby distributors and announced that the
Diamond Destination will take place aboard a Caribbean
cruise ship April 27–May 4, 2008, sailing from San Juan,
Puerto Rico. He also announced that the Black Diamond
Celebration will travel the Mediterranean July 21–30, 2008,
with stops in Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, and Greece.
Following the announcements, MonaVie executives presented
short videos featuring distributors who have achieved
enormous success. Many of them stated they were blessed to
have achieved so much in such a short time and encouraged
others to follow their lead.
“As long as you don’t quit, you won’t fail,” said Sue Olsen,
who provided one of the more emotional moments of the
convention when she took the stage and played “His River,
His Peace” on the piano.
Following the videos, Dallin closed the event with a warm
thank you to convention staff and attendees and extended
an invitation to next year’s convention, which he promised
would be even bigger and better.
We hope to see you there!
Featuring patent pending, freeze-dried
açai—the highest scoring ORAC fruit or
vegetable known in the world today—
MonaVie provides many of the essential
anti-oxidants your body needs each day.
Long used by people in the Amazon to
promote health and wellness, açai also
boasts the highest superoxide scavenging
activity of any fruit or vegetable,
providing a powerful defense against
damaging free radicals.
As scientists have discovered, our parents
and grandparents were right. While an
apple a day may not keep the doctor
away, the underlying principle—main-
taining a diet rich in fruits and vegetables—is
key to long-lasting health
and wellness.
