informaţiilor publicate din cele mai vechi timpuri şi pe valorificarea documentelor din fondurile
Arhivei Naţionale a Republicii Moldova şi din arhiva municipiului Bălţi.
Cartea se adresează celor interesaţi de istoricul localităţilor di Republica Moldova şi, în
particular, a oraşului Bălţi.
Цель книги исходит из необходимости переоценки исторических процессов, объективного
освящения социальных явлений, имеющие место на разных этапах существования города
Бэлць. Осуществление этого комплексного исследования основано на детальный анализ
ранее опубликованной информации и на использование документов из фондов
Национального Архива Республики Молдова и архива муниципия Бэлць.
Книга адресована всем, кому интересна история местностей и, в частности, города Бэлць.
The main purpose of this book is the result of the necessity to reevaluate historic processes and
objectively reflect social phenomenon which took place at different stages of existence of the
city Balti. The achievement of this complex study was based on a thorough analysis of
information published in the oldest times and on the capitalization of the documents stored in the
National Archive of the Republic of Moldova as well as in the Archive of city Balti.
The book is of interest to those interested in the history of Moldova settlements, and particularly
of the city Balti.
