10 this length having a sticker in any other<br />

11 textbook about any other subject that you know<br />

12 <strong>of</strong>?<br />

13 A Not that I'm aware.<br />

14 Q Does it go to this extent to tell<br />

15 students that they should approach with an open<br />

16 mind, study carefully, and critically consider<br />

17 any other subject?<br />

18 A Not that I'm aware <strong>of</strong>.<br />

19 Q So it singles out only evolution<br />

20 for that treatment?<br />

21 A That's the only one I'm aware <strong>of</strong>.<br />

22 Q What do you recall about the<br />

23 discussion <strong>of</strong>, since you are uncomfortable with<br />

24 the word disclaimer, this sticker? Was there a<br />

25 discussion about it before it was voted on?<br />
