“FUND INFORMATION CARD – SOLUTIONS FUNDS
This Fund Information Card forms part of and should be read in the context of and in conjunction
with the Prospectus for the Company dated 18 February, 2013 and the First Addendum dated 19
February, 2013 (together the "Prospectus") which immediately precedes this Fund Information
Card and is incorporated herein.
The attention of investors is drawn to the "Risk Factors" section in the Section of the Prospectus
entitled "The Company" including but not limited to the risk factors relating to Investing in Fixed
Income Securities and High Yield/Low Rated Debt Securities. Shareholders should note that part
of the fees and expenses will be charged to the capital of the Fund. This will have the effect of
lowering the capital value of your investment. Capital may be eroded and income will be achieved
by foregoing the potential for future capital growth. Capital erosion may limit the potential for future
capital growth, and the value of future returns may also be diminished. After the Subscription Period and
until the Maturity Date, the objective of the Fund is to provide an attractive rate of return, rather than
capital growth. Depending on the performance of the Fund up to the Maturity Date, distributions, if any,
paid during the life of the Fund may constitute a type of capital reimbursement.
Shareholders should note that dividends are payable out of the capital of the Fund. As a result
capital will be eroded and distributions will be achieved by foregoing the potential for future
capital growth and this cycle may continue until all capital is depleted.
