PYANG III<br />

1. Attention and bow.<br />

2. Move the left foot out into a ready position facing north.<br />

3. Pivot into a narrow left forward stance facing west.<br />

4. March into a narrow right forward stance and side punch.<br />

5. Marching left front kick towards west, pivot on right leg into a right forward stance<br />

facing east.<br />

6. March into a narrow left forward stance and left side punch towards east.<br />

7. Marching right front kick, come down in a ready position facing north.<br />

8-12. Repeat steps 3 to 7 on the opposite side. End up in a ready position facing north.<br />

13. March into a left forward stance, sweep with the left hand, reverse punch with the<br />

right. The left hand ends up blocking in front of the face.<br />

14. Marching right front kick.<br />

15. Marching left side thrust kick, bring leg back and—<br />

16. Left side sudo and stomp with the left foot.<br />

17. March into a right forward stance and right roundhouse elbow.<br />

18. Right overhand sudo.<br />

19. Pivot 90 degrees counterclockwise on the right foot, into a left forward stance<br />

facing east.<br />

20. <strong>Do</strong>uble sweep (first left then right) and right round kick, come down in a left<br />

forward stance facing west.<br />

21. March into a right forward stance and uppercut elbow.<br />

22. Move hands up in front of you and left high kick. Come down at attention facing<br />

west.<br />

23. March into a forward stance and repeat steps 20, 21, and 22 on the opposite<br />

side. After the right high kick, bring the leg down into a right forward stance<br />

facing south.<br />

24. March into a left forward stance and right overhand sudo.<br />

25. Heart shaped grab.<br />

26. Pull down and right knee.<br />

27. Fail into a right side stance towards west, stomp with the right foot, and right side<br />

sudo towards west.<br />

28. Pivot clockwise 180 degrees on the right foot and side sudo towards west.<br />

29. Pivot counterclockwise 180 degrees on the right foot and sudo west.<br />

30. Pivot counterclockwise 180 degrees on the left foot and sudo towards west.<br />

31. Pivot clockwise 180 degrees on the left foot and sudo towards west.<br />

32. March into a left forward stance and lift.<br />

33. Right marching front kick.<br />

34. Bring both feet together, and jumping right front kick. Come down in a right<br />

stance facing south.<br />

35. Turn into a left forward stance facing north, come to attention and bow.<br />
