Geomagnetic data and all-sky auroral images were provided by the World Data Center-<br />

C2 for aurora in NIPR. The TIGCM model results were provided by Prof. R. G. Roble<br />

in the National Center of <strong>At</strong>mospheric Research. This thesis was edited and printed by a<br />

desk-top publishing software TAW. A free graphic software Gp were used for plotting the<br />

figures in this thesis.
