Afternoon discussions will focus on three main topics: 1) existing industry retention and enhancement, 2)<br />
targeting new industry and 3) workforce development and building human capacity. Participants will be divided<br />
into three randomly chosen groups and rotate around to each station to brainstorm ideas on the topic areas.<br />
Facilitators will encourage participants to think of these subjects in light of each community in <strong>Franklin</strong> <strong>County</strong>,<br />
