Understanding the Touchscreen Controls 1 2 3 4 5 6 3 1 4 5 6 | 5 Home Security and Automation Touchscreen Security Status Header: Displays whether the system is armed or disarmed. Also, if there is a zone open that would prevent you from arming the system an announcement replaces the Arm/Disarm status. System and Zone Trouble Header: Only displays when there is a connectivity (cellular or broadband) issue, power problem with the Touchscreen, when a sensor goes down (such as due to a battery failure) or a sensor is being tampered with (such as the cover being opened). Touchscreen Apps: Apps provide additional functionality through the Touchscreen Quick Arm Button: When presses, the system will immediately arm Home Button: When pressed, you will be taken back to the Home screen. Emergency Alarm Button: When pressed, Emergency icons are displayed on the screen. (fire, police, medical). Select the appropriate icon to immediately send an alarm. 2
