4. All holidays, vacations <strong>and</strong> compensatory time will be in accordance with the personnel practices of<br />
IFF.<br />
5. IFF will maintain professional liability <strong>and</strong> workman’s compensation insurance <strong>and</strong> will furnish<br />
CFS & MHC with copies of these policies <strong>and</strong>/or any notifications of status change which may<br />
effect employees.<br />
6. Open positions will be posted at IFF.<br />
7. C<strong>and</strong>idates <strong>for</strong> Parent Resource Developer positions will complete all hiring requirements <strong>for</strong><br />
IFF prior to assignment <strong>and</strong> the first day of paid employment. CWI will provide IFF with job<br />
descriptions <strong>and</strong> statements of exception to job descriptions prior to the hiring of any c<strong>and</strong>idate.<br />
The job descriptions will include a delineation of tasks <strong>and</strong> assignments.<br />
CFS & MHC will provide the following:<br />
1. CFS & MHC will reimburse IFF according to the terms specified in Addendum One:<br />
Reimbursement Schedule (see attached).<br />
2. CFS & MHC will provide immediate supervision of staff by the CWI Team Leaders who work<br />
under the direction of the agency Clinical Directors or Emotional <strong>and</strong> Behavioral Disorders<br />
Network Coordinator. The CWI Project Director is responsible <strong>for</strong> evaluation of the letter of<br />
agreement <strong>and</strong> coordination of revisions between the CFS & MHC <strong>and</strong> IFF.<br />
3. CFS & MHC will provide space at the CWI office or other offices in the community <strong>for</strong> Parent<br />
Resource Developers as needed.<br />
CFS & MHC <strong>and</strong> IFF, through CWI Project Director <strong>and</strong> the IFF Director will communicate<br />
at least monthly to coordinate the relationship between CWI <strong>and</strong> IFF <strong>and</strong> to promote contract<br />
management <strong>and</strong> planning. The IFF Director or her designee will participate weekly on the CWI<br />
Parent Resource Developers Planning Team <strong>and</strong> on the CWI Program Refinement Team.<br />
This letter of agreement shall become effective on October 1, 1996. This letter of agreement<br />
will be reviewed in August 1997 when approval is secured <strong>for</strong> the next year of the project.<br />
Should funding <strong>for</strong> the grant be discontinued, CFS & MHC will notify IFF <strong>and</strong> provide a<br />
two-week notice to terminate services. Either party in this agreement may terminate participation; a<br />
30-day notice to terminate must be given in this event. Any revisions or expansions will be set <strong>for</strong>th<br />
in writing as an addendum to this letter of agreement.<br />
