Er ontstaat namelijk geen druk op de schroefdraad: het lekwater kan via dit lekgat ontsnappen. Uiteraard zijn alle nozzles voorzien van een standaard sleutelwijdte zodat iedere nozzle gemakkelijk met passend gereedschap kan worden gemonteerd. • Veiligheid Naast de vlakke bodem, het lekgat en de sleutelwijdte zijn ook alle nozzles voorzien van de Maximale Werkdruk aanduiding die voor de specifieke nozzle van toepassing is. Gebruik en onderhoud U gebruikt de nozzle optimaal en verlengt de levensduur door de volgende zaken in acht te nemen: •1 Voor montage altijd eerst het systeem doorspoelen (dus zonder nozzle). •2 Monteer de nozzle altijd m.b.v. “anti-vreet pasta” op de lans of slang. •3 Zet de nozzle goed vast met passend gereedschap. •4 Ga nooit hoger in werkdruk dan op de nozzle staat vermeld. •5 Na de werkzaamheden de nozzle demonteren, droog maken en bewaren in olie. •6 Maak gebruik van een 50µ.filtratie. (aanbeveling) Pas wanneer de werkdruk terugvalt of er visueel te veel lekkage langs rotor en huis ontstaat, is het tijd om de nozzle te vervangen. Bij normale slijtage is het overigens mogelijk éénmalig alleen de rotor te wisselen i.p.v. de complete nozzle. Veiligheid Alle roterende nozzles worden eerst getest, voordat deze naar onze klanten worden verstuurd. Voor de uitvoerende werkzaamheden adviseert Salotech immer de veiligheidsvoorschriften van de Stichting Industriële Reiniging en de aanbevelingen van Salotech International in acht te nemen. Use and maintenance You can use the nozzle optimally and increase its life time by following these guide lines: •1 Before mounting the nozzle, always flush the entire system. •2 Always assemble the nozzle with “antiseize paste” on the lance or hose. •3 Mount the nozzle and tighten it with the proper tools. •4 Never go higher in pressure than marked on the nozzle. •5 After the job is done, de-mount the nozzle, dry it and store it in oil. •6 The use of 50µ. Filtration is recommended on the pump unit. Safety OIL Replace the nozzle when the pressure drops or when you notice too much leakage between rotor and shaft. It is sometimes possible to change the rotor instead of the whole nozzle if used normally. Every rotating nozzle is tested before it leaves our premises. Salotech recommends all operators to follow the safety rules of the Water Jetting Technology Association. USA (WJTA), the SIR (The Dutch based Association of Industrial Cleaning) as well as the guide lines of Salotech International. 4
