02. Posting in respect of <strong>SI</strong>/Steno, <strong>SI</strong>/<strong>Min</strong>, A<strong>SI</strong>/Clk & <strong>HC</strong>/Clk. mentioned in Appendix-‘A’ is<br />
hereby ordered and will be carried out forthwith. They have been earmarked Plant/Zone as shown<br />
against their names. All Zonal/Plant DIsG are requested to comply the following timeline strictly:-<br />
a) Allotment of units by Zonal/Plant DIsG : 07.04.<strong>2013</strong><br />
b) Relieving by units : 15.04.<strong>2013</strong><br />
c) Joining compliance : 30.04.<strong>2013</strong><br />
d) Compliance of <strong>IZT</strong>-13 to be submitted : 03.05.<strong>2013</strong><br />
to <strong>ES</strong> HQ Patna by Plant/Zonal DIsG<br />
03. Personnel marked with symbol # against their names have been allotted units by this sector<br />
considering representation/grievances as such they did not require to be allotted unit further.<br />
04. The personnel who have not done hard area posting may be posted to have tenure in the hard<br />
units so as to rotate the personnel who are already posted in the hard units and completed their<br />
tenure.<br />
05. All concerned unit Commanders are requested to relieve the personnel latest by 15.04.<strong>2013</strong><br />
and report compliance accordingly.<br />
06. Other instructions in this regard issued by FHQRs New Delhi aforesaid Service Order should<br />
be complied strictly.<br />
07. This has the approval of IG/<strong>ES</strong> Patna.<br />
