Biography - Known to his friends as Billy D, in 1996
he founded the Dead Chiropractic Society (DCS), one
of the first monthly philosophy meetings, where local
DCs and students could immerse themselves regularly
in the philosophy, art and
science of chiropractic. Inspired by music and driven
by chiropractic, 5 years ago Billy D decided he needed
to share his vision with a larger audience and a mega
line-up of speakers, and thus, California Jam, the
chiropractic rock n roll event was born.
Five years on, Billy D continues to bring his unique
vision to the world of chiropractic, which has seen Cal
Jam morph into the fastest growing chiropractic event
on the planet. Between putting on Cal Jam and
speaking at chiropractic events around the country and
abroad, Billy D continues to run one of the most
successful practices in Orange County, CA and is
known for his no holds barred approach to telling it as it
is, particularly when it comes to promoting an inside
out approach to health and wellness.

Biography - Dr. Gentempo, Jr. is a well
known and respected star in the world of
health and wellness. Success is no stranger to Dr.
Gentempo. In his late teens he was a 2 time AAU
National Karate Champion. After graduating chiropractic
school, he created a successful chiropractic
practice and launched into a career that has culminated
today into Dr. Gentempo being the founder and CEO of

affiliated Creating Wellness Centers across North
America. In addition Dr. Gentempo is the cofounder (with Dr.

Biography - Dr. Brad Glowaki is an in-practice chiropractor
who runs a high volume office in Seal Beach, California. He is
married with 4 beautiful children.
As a speaker & teacher of Socratic Patient education
procedures; he is in high demand nationwide to share his
“home-brew” of marketing strategies that are not found
anywhere else! As the “New Patient Maven,” innovative and
always cutting edge, he breaks away from
recycled ideas for practice growth, by sharing his
experience to save chiropractors from making the
same mistakes he has made in the past.
With over 12,000 chiropractors in California, Dr.
Glowaki was given the highest honor for his
teaching of practice growth, by receiving the 2008

Biography - Dr. Dick Versendaal, DC, CRA,
DCRC, DACBN is a master chiropractor who
studied under and was mentored by BJ Palmer.
He is an absolute genius of the synergy between
the spine, organs, systems, and nutritional
chemistry. Over the past 50 years he has
researched, developed, and refined the subtleenergy
technique called Contact Reflex
Analysis through which one can determine the
root cause of a health issue; emotional, nutritional,
