generating revenue – as the world increasingly turns mobile.
Informatica team provides
top customer service
The Informatica Customer Support team
scored highly in our first ever customer
satisfaction survey since the acquisition of
Informatica by BMJ Group.
The team scored an average of at least six
out of seven on the eleven customer service
attributes measured. This puts it on a par
with leading companies in the customer
service field such as FirstDirect. Most free
text comments were also extremely
positive.
The only areas for possible improvement
were to provide telephone support from
8.00 am (when many GP Practices open)
instead of the current 8.30 am.
New – Best Practice app
Clinicians need access to the latest evidence,
guidelines and expert opinion on the go -
but it’s not always possible to check an
online resource when on the ward.
These requirements led the BMJ Evidence
Centre to create a dedicated app version of
our decision support tool, Best Practice,
which provides immediate access to reliable
evidence-based information in a format
specially designed for easy browsing on
Apple iOS devices (including iPhone and
iPad).
Our institutional customers can now
upgrade their Best Practice subscription to
include access to the app for all employees
– customers should contact their local sales
representative or our customer services
team for further information
