• Lauder commences investigation Oct 2008 – No joy!<br />
• Lauder instructs Wonderly & Hall Solici<strong>to</strong>rs <strong>to</strong> undertake F.O.I.<br />
on Department <strong>of</strong> Defence<br />
• DoD initially advise report only available through F.O.I. then<br />
DoD decides <strong>to</strong> release report <strong>to</strong> Lauder / W&H end Jan 2009<br />
• Lauder writes <strong>to</strong> all relevant elected representatives (Local,<br />
State and Federal) & State candidates.<br />
• Lauder releases ARC Communication press release<br />
