1.4.1 States/UTs have been requested to take up certain measures vide this
Department’s D.O. letter No. 16-10/2005-ME dated 17.10.2005 (Annexure IV).
States/UTs are requested to indicate the measures taken by them in this
regard.
1.5 Supplementary nutrition has to be provided for 300 days in a year as per
norms of the Scheme and Supreme Court’s direction.
1.5.1 The States which are not providing supplementary nutrition as per the
norms of the Scheme may indicate reasons/constraints.
ITEM III. Medicine Kits, PSE Kits and IEC:
1.1 Medicine kits, Pre-school kits and IEC material are very crucial for
improving the impact of the Scheme. These kits must be procured on regular
basis.
1.2 States/UTs are requested to bring along information on Medicine kits, PSE
kits and IEC material in the following proforma:-

1.1. Kishori Shakti Yojana has been extended to cover all ICDS projects.
Administrative sanctions to this effect have been issued to the State
Governments/ UT Administrations.
