The reservation specified for the DT-A, NT-B, NT-C and NT-D shall be intertransferable.<br />

If suitable candidates for the post reserved for DT-A, NT-B, NT-C and<br />

NT-D are not available, the post shall be filled by suitable candidate from any of the<br />

other categories amongst DT-A, NT-B, NT-C and NT-D in the same order and on<br />

merit, as per prevailing Govt. orders.<br />

There shall be 30olo reservation for women (Only candidates domiciled in<br />

Maharashtra and who do not belong to creamy layer category) in all social<br />

categories as per the provision of Govt. of Maharashtra Resolution No.<br />

82/2001/MSA-2000/CR 415/K-2, dated 25ft May, 2001. The women candidates<br />

who desire to avail benefit of women reservation including candidates from open<br />

category should submit latest/current year Non Creamy Layer Certificate from<br />

the Competent Authority of Govt. of Maharashtra. Woman candidate shall submit<br />

copy of Gazette along with application form in case of change in her name.<br />

For claiming the benefit of sports/caste reservation, candidates should submit<br />

attested copy of sports certificate, caste certificate, caste validity certificate (if<br />

available) and certificate of domicile of Govt. of Maharashtra issued by the<br />

competent authority of Govt. of Maharashtra. If candidate fails to submit the<br />

caste certificate along with application, he/she will be treated from open<br />

category.<br />

Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade pay 4200 /-.<br />

4. Etigibility criteria:<br />

4.1. A candidate must be a citizen of India and domicile of Maharashtra for last continuous<br />

15 years.<br />

4.2. T\e candidate should have adequate knowledge to understand, read, write and speak in<br />

Marathi.<br />

4.3. The candidate, if married, should have small family as defined under Matrarashtra Civil<br />

Services Rule, 2005, notification dated 28ft May, 2005. Candidate shall submit self<br />

attested copy of the notaized a<strong>ffi</strong>davit to that effect, along with application.<br />

4.4. As per the Government Resolution of General Administration Department of Govt. of<br />

Maharashtra bearing No. MKC-1007/C.R.36lDesk 36, dated 10ft July 2008, the candidates<br />

having Marathi as their mother tongue and who are native of 865 villages on Maharashtra-<br />

Karnataka border area, on which Govt. of Maharashtra has made a claim to be a part of<br />

Maharashtra State are also entitled to apply for the post. However, they will have to submit<br />

Domicile Certificate of the competent authority in prescribed format, to the effect that they are<br />

domicile of one of these villages for the past l5 year.<br />

4.5. Educational qualification :<br />

4.5.1. Candidate must possess a degree in science or a diploma in chemical technology<br />

or mechanical or electrical or chemical engineering or electronic or textile or<br />

leather or automobile, metallurgy, telecommunication or radio Engineering of an<br />

university / institute or any other qualification equivalent thereto, as recognized<br />

by Govemment.
