SECTION 2 RECERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Category A : Education and Training
A Maximum of 5 points may be claimed in this
category. Attendance at a Trade Show or Expo held
in conjunction with a procurement conference is
acceptable for two contact hours per conference.
Networking and business meetings do not qualify.

Meetings that include a speaker
CAPA Lunch meetings (1 point per every aggregate 7 hours of
attendance)
Online Procurement Courses (Must be minimum one hour in
length, an interactive lesson with test and certificate)
Mandatory courses for your job do not qualify e.g. Security
Online Procurement Webinars (1 point per every aggregate 7 hours
of attendance)
Online Procurement courses (Contact hours are determined by the
institution that created the seminar) Less than 3 hours = ½ pt 3
hours + = 1 point and 6 hours+ = 2 points
