What are MACmark ® Marking Films:<br />
MACmark <strong>8900</strong> series is a 2.8 mil calendered soft vinyl film with a semi-permanent solvent-based acrylic adhesive<br />
that provides excellent dimensional stability and outstanding performance on a wide range of substrates. <strong>8900</strong> series<br />
provides three to four year outdoor durability and can be removed cleanly for up to two years after application.<br />
The <strong>8900</strong> series has a highly stable 83# white kraft liner with green back-printing for superior cutting and weeding.<br />
<strong>8900</strong> series is a very versatile indoor and outdoor intermediate marking film with typical applications including:<br />
home décor, interior design, wall words, advertising signs and POP, window graphics, colored masking applications,<br />
floor graphics, temporary vehicle marking and trade show displays.<br />

- Use-life estimate based on accelerated age studies on vertical applications<br />
under “normal” environmental conditions.<br />
- Severe environmental conditions will reduce use life.<br />
- All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease or any contamination. Some adverse<br />
reactions can occur when applying <strong>8900</strong> series to certain substrates like acrylics, polycarbonate,<br />
polystyrene, plasticized PVC, and certain paints and lacquers. These reactions could take the form of<br />
cracks, swelling, ghosting, bubbles or variance in adhesive performance. As with any critical application,<br />
please perform suitability tests before use.<br />
