COLLEGE for KIDS SAT & ACT PREPARATION | Help your child to get a higher test score! The SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) and ACT (American College Testing) is inevitable for all high school students planning to apply to a 4 year college/university. With careful preparation students will walk through SAT/ACT reasoning and inference practice analogies: grammar, science reasoning critical thinking, & higher mathematic applications. Students will also cover/study the new essay-writing portion of the GED test through practice preparation. In addition, participants will discover valuable test taking strategies/secrets about answering questions. Included will be a practice examination and an assessment. Bring these books to class: 1. Kaplan S.A.T. 2012: Strategies, Practice & Review. 2. McGraw-Hill’s ACT Practice Tests 3rd edition by Steven W. SUMMER CAMP (Ages 7-12) Let this Summer 2013 be a memorable experience for your child! Students will participate in all day educational and fun filled activities that will include: Arts & Crafts, Computers, Swimming, Science Exploration, and more. Each class section is limited to 12 students. Bring daily sack lunch. Students must be dropped off and picked up on time. Summer camp participants must bring swim outfits and towel to class each day.
