Morris Cooks!
Local cook books are edible genealogy. Published by schools,
religious organizations, social groups and companies, they
reflect our collective culinary heritage. Recipes signed by
contributors and ads placed by business supporters provide a
facet of local history often overlooked by researchers.
The Morris County Library is proud to offer this very special
reference collection. The books on this list are available for
research. If you have a local cookbook published in Morris
County you’re not using, we would be delighted to add it to our
collection. Please drop items at the Reference Desk.
