religious organizations, social groups and companies, they
reflect our collective culinary heritage. Recipes signed by
contributors and ads placed by business supporters provide a
facet of local history often overlooked by researchers.
The Morris County Library is proud to offer this very special
reference collection. The books on this list are available for
