Class Treasurer Duties<br />
• Oversee the class finances, both revenues and<br />
expenses<br />
Responsible <strong>for</strong> class bank account<br />
• Encourage classmates to pay dues<br />
• Communicate the status of the treasury vs.<br />
budget to the class executive board<br />
» Regularly – during regular conference calls (minimum<br />
annually)<br />
» At reunion during their class meeting<br />
• Communicate financial status with WCAA<br />
annually<br />
• Responsible <strong>for</strong> required IRS filings
