VERONIKA SAVINA
... comes from Toronto, Ontario. Pursuing
her dream as a designer has been an
amazing experience that has taught her
to never give up and fight for what she
wants. Chanel was a great influence and
inspiration to Veronika’s collection. She
never though that fashion could influence
her life in such a way, her simple and
elegant designs reflect her as a person
and as a designer. Looking back on her
journey, she never imagined she’d make
it to this new beginning. She has been
part of a new experience, where she is
able to design what she loves. In the
future, Veronika plans to continue in the
fashion industry and further pursue her
education.

she creates to a particular story fabricated with her unique imagination. the story related to “ambiguous Dissection” is based off
of biology, medical technology and experimental misfortunes. and yet, finding the beauty in the ugly.

SaRvEEN KaUR through her designs, Sarveen continually showcases her love and appreciation of colour and texture.
the use of bold and bright colours is her signature style and is also a way of portraying her artistic independence. her inspirations come from
many different areas and she personalizes them by mixing them up with cultural undertones.

JESSiCa StEphENS developed an interest in the fashion industry at a young age. growing up around her father’s clothing store had
a strong influence on her interest in fashion. her collection, Revitalized Culture is a womenswear co-coordinated separates line inspired by african
culture. the use of brightened earth colours and natural fabrics combined with the designer’s creativity bring a fresh spin to african-inspired designs.
Jessica plans to gain experience in the business side of fashion and assist her father at the family menswear store.

... grew up in Waterloo, and loved to
sew since she was young. She went to
Fanshawe College for Fashion Design
to further her passion, and realised that
the whole creation process of a garment
was what she loved. Throughout the 3
years she has learned many new skills
and looks forward to a career in the
industry. Nicole’s Micro-Edge outerwear
collection was inspired by microscopic
structure, and consists of wool and
cotton suiting in neutral colours and
accented with turquoise leather.
