Treasurer Report: : Expenses that
hit the books in November
($20,613) were lower than income
($22,238) by $1,625 leaving our
total checking account balance at
$75,880 as of November 30, 2006.
We are $50,817 in the black for the
year. Discussion of bank accounts
vs. the money market accounts to
enhance interest income.
President’s Report:
Zone Pres. Meeting: Rules passed,
Zone banquet moved to Jan. 20.
PCA National is appealing 908
decision and suing drivers; PCA
looking for a National Awards
Chair due to passing of Lanean
Hughes (we have thank you from
Hope Shelter). Thanks from Rady
Children’s Hospital for the Club’s
support all year. Thanks from City
of La Mesa, Adult Enrichment
Center for donation in honor of
Paul Young’s mother.

Witness Sales: The Witness income
of $8,700 far exceeded the expenses
of $2,800 by $5,900 this month.
For the year, the Witness is showing
a profit of $7,500. Congratulations
to the hard-working Witness
business team.
Witness Business: Delinquent
account turned over to collections.

the mailers.
Web Team: Steve Grosekemper
presented the issue of spam on
Forum. High percentages of new
registrants have been spammers.
Will upgrade security and forum
will be for members having PCA
numbers only. Bill Ibbetson is
taking over as webmaster and will
need a copy of Dreamweaver

Vintage Racing: No report
Tours: Keith has a tour coming up
on Sunday, come out and have fun.
Starts at Steele Canyon HS at 8:30.
Timing: Bill Ibbetson reported that
Doug Briggs had worked on the
cables and equipment issues
Time Trial: Schedule for 2007
presented. Zone 8 Festival events
are scheduled for March 30, 31 and
April 1. Possibility of OCR Club
race at El Toro in the fall. Las Vegas
club race has been cancelled.
Trophies are being worked on.

Rally: Fall Frolic rally
reconciliation was presented.
Parade: Paul & Ruth Young
presented that the next meeting is
Saturday morning at 9AM. Budget
issue is very tight for the Parade at
present. Concours site is set.
Budgets need to be finalized

Goodie Store: The Goodie Store is
showing income of $430 and
expenses of $215 for the month.
For the year, the GS has a profit of
almost $3,600. Many thanks to the
Samad family for all their hard
work. The Samad family is retiring
from the Goodie Store business, so
if you have any interest in
continuing this effort, please
contact the new board.
