Corner Working: Christy Copeman reported that they
needed new holsters for radios.
Concours: No report
CDI: No report
Charity: Katina reported that the Boxster springs were
sold on E-Bay. Jackets and backpacks were purchased
for Alta Vista and Rady Children’s Hospital. Volunteers
needed to assist with registration and bidding at
Banquet.
Auto Museum: Michael Harris presented that the Auto
Show is looking for Porsches to present at San Diego
Auto Show.
Autocross: Charles Sharp presented the reconciliations
for recent events. The AX team ran two events in Nov.
One on Friday the 11th that generated about $2,700 in
income. The Sat 25th event (right after Thanksgiving),
which was a Zone 8 event, generated about $1,100 in
income.
This month we expensed to AX $2,100 for new radios,
$1,150 for 4 new EZ Ups, and $1,225 for some new
cables. Thanks to all who worked on purchasing these
items.
The AX team also put on a very successful DE event.
The DE was on a Friday so the lot rental was ½ of the
usual fee. The event generated about $1,300 in income.
Nice job guys! Event attendance discussed.
Archivist: Storage fees sent, shelving for storage area
discussed.
New Business: 50 th Anniversary Banner discussed.
Old Business: Reviewed and finalized all November
tabled budget requests (per spreadsheet). MSP
Proposed to buy 2000 calendars for $6900 and
distribution to the members. MSP

about 0.3 miles to top of a rise (6) Second house on the right
just past the rise.
