HR Weekly Update
New starters
• Candice Di Pierdomenico – will be commencing her employment with ezeego1 as a Travel
Consultant on Monday 14 th February. Candice joins the team with a passion for travel and was
recently employed with Qantas Group Jetstar as a Cabin Crew member. Please join me in
welcoming Candice to the Cox & Kings Australia team.
• Micaela Lozina - will be commencing her employment with Bentours as a Wholesale Consultant
on Monday 24 th January. Micaela joins the team with over 6 years experience within the travel
industry with her most recent role being Team Leader at Harvey Choice Holidays. Please join me
in welcoming Micaela to the Cox & Kings Australia team.
Staff Appointments/Movements
• Sash Petrovski – has been successfully appointed to the role of Marketing Co-ordinator for
Bentours. Sash will be travelling to Sydney on the 24 th /25 th of January to commence the
handover process. Please join me in congratulating Sash on this new adventure.
• Lucy Stewart – has been successfully appointed to the role of Senior Wholesale Consultant -
Bentours. As part of her increased responsibilities Lucy will be assisting Thomas with the
management of the department. Please join me in congratulating Lucy and recognizing her
considerable value and input as a senior member of the wholesale reservations team.
• Christiane Doeur – has joined the wholesale team at Bentours as a Wholesale Consultant. As of
1st February the Bentours groups reservations and operations function will move to the Auckland
Office, under the direction of New Zealand General Manager Greg Osborne. We would like to
take this opportunity to thank Christiane for her hard work, commitment and contribution as
Bentours’ groups consultant and to wish her the best in her new role.

IT Induction Handbook

An IT induction handbook has been developed by the IT department to assist staff with general IT
enquiries. This handbook will be used in conjunction with the new starter induction program to assist new
employees with general IT procedures/policies. It will be located on the intranet under the policies and
procedures tab for your viewing needs.

Melbourne Office – New Year Function

Cox & Kings Australia New Year Celebration will be held at Crown Casino on Friday 21 st January
commencing at 7.00pm sharp. Accommodation at Crown Casino has been exhausted (due to the
Australian Open) however if you would like to enquire about getting accommodation close to the city,
please email your enquiries to Olympia Bouranis who may be able to assist you further with booking
accommodation via ezeego1. If you would like to park at Crown Casino, complimentary parking vouchers
will be available to you – please email Voula Tallidis if you would like further details on receiving a parking
voucher.

the birth of their 2 nd child around mid June.
Staff Departure
Rachel Power – (Marketing Co-ordinator – Bentours) – has tendered her resignation and will be finishing
up with Bentours on Wednesday 9 th February. On behalf of Cox & Kings Australia we wish Rachael all the
very best for her future endeavours.
