JOHN T. BOESE is a member <strong>of</strong> the litigation department in Fried Frank’s Washington,<br />

DC <strong>of</strong>fice. He is a nationally recognized expert on the civil False Claims Act and has<br />

represented defendants in numerous False Claims Act cases brought by qui tam relators<br />

or by the Department <strong>of</strong> Justice.<br />

GREGG B. EVERETT is “<strong>of</strong> counsel” to Gilphin Givhan, PC in Montgomery, Alabama. He<br />

previously served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for the Alabama Hospital<br />
