In addition to these major series are individual magazines, clippings, and other printed<br />
materials covering the period from World War I to the present. An additional group of books,<br />
periodicals, and newspapers has been transferred to the library <strong>collection</strong>.<br />
Also included in the <strong>collection</strong> are maps, certificates, and a sizable <strong>collection</strong> of photographs,<br />
many of them having to do with a proposed pictorial history of the Army.<br />
Additions were made to the <strong>collection</strong> in May 1994 and June 1994. Included in the May<br />
1994 addtion are correspondence, biographical information, manuscripts, and clippings from the<br />
years 1903-1987. <strong>The</strong> June 1994 addition includes correspondence, photographs, miscellaneous<br />
documents, programs, and certificates, retirement messages, newspaper and magazine clippings,<br />
and newsletters from the years 1963-1982, and a copy of Reminiscences ofHanson Weightman<br />
Baldwin, U. S. Navy (Retired), Volumes I and II.
