Link Nurse Centres<br />
Suki Kaur provided an update on the recent development<br />
role of GP link nurses, where each GP surgery has a<br />
nominated nurse to act as a point of contact for support<br />
and advice for service users with a Learning Disability.<br />
Following the consultation, several GP surgeries have<br />
been supported by the Community Team to carry out<br />
