REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR VIDEO PROJECTION SYSTEM (VPS) 

1. The Indian Army is planning to procure 67 x Video Projection System (VPS). 

With a view to identify probable vendors who can undertake the said project the 

OEMs/Vendors are requested to forward information on the product which they can 

offer. The parameters/broad specifications of the items are mentioned in the 

questionnaire attached as appendix. 

2. Apart from the information as per the appendix the vendors may also forward 

technical details/product brochures/literature etc pertaining to the item in question.

(a) Temperature Conditions. It should be able to operate 

under temperature conditions varying from -10 o C to 

+50 o C.

/ rough terrains) for the different locations of the 

deployments of the units. 

(c) Power. It should be able to operate on commercial 

domestic as well as generator power supply of 220V, 

50Hz, single phase. 

(d) Availability of Spares and Service. It should be 

available commercially off the shelf for ready availability 

of spares and servicing backup. 

(e) Compatibility. It should be compatible to Computers
