Introduction to Motorcycling is a three-hour course where you will learn how to properly
balance and start a motorcycle, basic clutch control and bring the bike to a stop in a straight
line. Learn from experienced instructors on Fanshawe supplied motorcycles.
Pre-requisites
Students MUST provide a D.O.T. approved helmet with shield or eye protection, long sleeved substantial
jacket, leather gloves (cover ngers), long pants, low heeled over the ankle leather boots. Dress for the
weather (rain gear, waterproof boots, etc.) as this course will run rain or shine.
Running shoes are NOT allowed. An M1 licence is NOT required.
Students will be required to sign a waiver at the beginning of the course. If a student is under the age of
18, a parent or legal guardian must attend the rst 1/2 hour of the course to co-sign the course waiver.

Course Format
Sessions are held on one evening:
Monday evening from 5:30pm-9pm Saturday evening from 4:00pm-7:30pm
Course Fee
The cost of this course is $95 + HST. Refunds are only available until one week prior to the course start.
