To apply Licence L -1 and L- 31 1. Login tothe ESCIMS application 2. Access theApply Licence functionality. Figure 5: Apply Licence L-1 and L-31 3. Select Branch->IL/FL and Licence Type-> L-1 & L-31. 4. Click theSubmit button. The Application Form for L-1 & L-31 opens. Click Cancelto go back to the previous screen.
