If you or your children download copyrighted material, you
may be legally responsible.
Spyware, malware, and pornography can be hidden in
shared files.
Install file-sharing software properly. Configure the software
so it does NOT share your “Save” or “Download” folder.
Before viewing or playing any downloaded file, use security
software to scan it. Make sure the security software is upto-date
and running when the computer is connected to the
internet.
