Perimeter Aspiration:
For those who really believe that design is not incompatible with efficiency
An alternative to traditional aspiration is based on Venturi effect
The system consists on compressing and to speed the air by creating a
depression in the slot perimeter of the aspiration surface of the hood,
this effect facilitates the capture and filtering of gases generated by
cooking.
This system applied to our product range with the indicative
B.A.System, provides easy cleanup because the plate affixed
to the filters subsequently form an impenetrable barrier to the
grease allowing the inside of the hood to remain clean.
In addition, the system is designed to preclude access to the
mechanical and electrical parts of the hood ensuring user safety
when the cleanup is done.
