Participate in College Application Month (CAM) for your chance to win a $1,000
scholarship each week and an IKEA $500 Dorm Improvement Gift Card.
College In Colorado will award Colorado students participating in CAM by awarding one $1,000 scholarship
each week during the month of October. In addition, all students who enter the weekly scholarship will also
be entered into a drawing for a $500 IKEA Dorm Improvement Gift Card that will be given away at the end of
October. You don’t have to be a senior to enter. All ages are encouraged to apply.
Enter to win by completing the activities below each week, and one student will be chosen at random for the
$1,000 scholarship and the $500 IKEA Dorm Improvement Gift Card.
On each entry make sure to include your name, address, phone number, school you attend and grade level.

TERMS:
1. ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL TERMS: Entrants must be legal residents of the United States. Further, entrant
registering must be student between the ages of 13-18 residing in Colorado. Residency is subject to
verification under Colorado law. One entry per student, per week. Employees of College In Colorado and
CollegeInvest and their immediate family members and members of the same household of such employees
are not eligible to win. Employees, or immediate family members of an employee of IKEA Centennial, any of its
affiliates, subsidiaries or related companies are not eligible to win. No substitution of prize is offered, no
transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and prize may not be redeemed for cash value. College In
Colorado reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per
student. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Starter Account Scholarship Prize will be forfeited if the
winner does not return the completed Starter Account Scholarship application and any other required
documents within 90 days of the winner announcement. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may
reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members and anyone who enters this program
through means not permitted by these rules is disqualified. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be
bound by these official rules and the decisions of College In Colorado, which are final.
2. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND ACCOUNT ESTABLISHMENT: All eligible entries received by
College InColorado that are postmarked on or before the deadlines for entries of October 10, 17, 24 and
31, 2011 will be entered into a random drawing. Four (4) CollegeInvest Starter Account Scholarship winners will
be selected at random, one (1) per week during October and one (1) IKEA $500 Gift Card at the end of October.
Decisions shall be final. Winners will receive notification from College In Colorado via phone and mail.
Entrants will receive confirmation of registration viamail accompanied by information about College In
Colorado. Winners agree that all Starter Accounts established with a Scholarship prize will be established in the
CollegeInvest Stable Value Plus College Savings Plan, with CollegeInvest functioning as the Account Owner, and
the designated student as the Account Beneficiary. CollegeInvest assumes all rights and responsibilities of the
Account Owner per the Plan Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Participation Agreement, and will have final
decision concerning any changes to the account. Funds contained within the account must be used by the time
the Account Beneficiary has reached age twenty-four (24) or such funds shall be forfeited. If other parties wish
to make additional contributions, a separate account must be established.
3. ENTRANT RELEASES: All Entrants, by submitting an entry, agree to release and hold harmless College In
Colorado, IKEA, CollegeInvest, the State of Colorado, and their respective affiliates, suppliers, distributors and
advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever
for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt,
ownership or use/misuse of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any
prize-related activity. Except where prohibited by law, winners consent to College In Colorado’s use of their
name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by
College In Colorado. Entrants consent to IKEA Centennial and College In Colorado use of the winner’s name,
address, likeness and/or photograph in any and all advertising and promotional materials relating to the
Contest and similar promotions which IKEA may offer, without any compensation.
4. WINNERS LIST: For a list of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to College
Application Month, College In Colorado, 1560 Broadway, Suite 1700, Denver, CO 80202. Winners list will be
available after November 15, 2011.
