The seminar gives a complete overview of the MIG21 and <strong>ORS</strong> system components involved in the<br />
order routing process. Using practical examples the functionality and the interaction of the<br />
components are explained. During the two-day seminar the participants will get knowledge about the<br />
application flow of both systems and their interaction. <strong>System</strong> administrators will become able to<br />
analyse and respond to certain events and to execute minor system configurations. As an example<br />
they will learn to evaluate log file messages.<br />
