Application area<br />
The <strong>322</strong> model is a highly robust device designed for 3-shift operation. All components of this coord<strong>in</strong>ate<br />
<strong>unit</strong> have been developed for regular use and are cont<strong>in</strong>uously tested to ensure a constant quality.<br />
Together with a mark<strong>in</strong>g head and a controller, this marker is <strong>in</strong>tegrated as an built-<strong>in</strong> <strong>unit</strong> <strong>in</strong> our special<br />
system or by system producers for direct workpiece mark<strong>in</strong>g e.g. <strong>in</strong> transfer l<strong>in</strong>es, production mach<strong>in</strong>es<br />
or gaug<strong>in</strong>g and test<strong>in</strong>g stations. The mark<strong>in</strong>g head is directly mounted underneath the coord<strong>in</strong>ate <strong>unit</strong>.<br />
Options<br />
Heavy duty design for high forces double slides and strong motors makes it possible to use stronger<br />
scribe heads for deep mark<strong>in</strong>g or scribe heads of longer design.<br />
Regulated servo-motors<br />
Mark<strong>in</strong>g mechanics on side of the mark<strong>in</strong>g head are covered with bellow for dust cover or plate cover<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
