2. The general transfers of Gazetted Officers for the year 2013 are likely 10 be issued<br />
during Ihe month of February/March 2013. As such, list of officers who have already completed<br />
03 years, as well as who will be completing 03 years of service in the presenl place of posting<br />
as on 31.03.2013, may be forwarded to this Directorate in the prescribed format enclosed<br />
herewith.<br />
3. Officers completing 03 years 04.-more in a unit as on 31.3.2013 may indicate their<br />
choices on Ihe grounds of children/ward's education, medical problem ~f
6 All the Officers, who have attained the age of 55 years, may give a list of three units of<br />
preference<br />
7 Also the request of officers who have not completed 03 years of tenure but want a<br />
transfer on educational ground of their wards and medical grounds of their dependents with<br />
supporting documents and SHAPE Certificate ( for self only) may be included in the proforma<br />
of the concerned ranI< for examination. However, such officers may exercise their willingness<br />
for transfer without transfer benefits.<br />
8. However, all postings will be subject to operational/administrative needs of the<br />
Force.<br />
9 The particulars of affected officers should also be sent in a CD in MS-Excel Package<br />
duly checked that it is free from anyfaultlcorruption. The consolidated report as asked above<br />
should reach this Directorate by 14.12.2012 repeat by 14.12.2012 without fail.<br />
10 fhls may be given priority.<br />
