almost necessary and knowledge in computers has become inevitable. As the new gadgets are evolving in the
market, it is important to keep in pace with them. The processing of information is done faster in computers
unless the information is forwarded through the input device. If the typing on keyboard is faster, the time taken to
carry out the process will be less. The information input takes larger time than the time taken to display the
information on the display unit. So, it is important to improve typing skills.
Using typing instead of handwriting will help us to be more accurate and write with no grammatical errors.
Typing in word processor will help in spell checking. Typing will make you to use less paper than while you
write with hand. As typing has become so common for creating word documents of any kind, it is better to learn
typing from the young age than opting for writing a document with hand. Typing can help you to be faster and
efficient.
The productivity of a business depends on how things are done faster. To complete your work faster it is
important to develop typing skills. Typing helps to work comfortably on the computer for long time. It aids in
communicating with the friends, creating documents, playing games and finding new information. When you
spend lot of time on computer, you need to communicate with the computer through typing. In order to carry out
