We are currently seeking Per Diem Physical Therapists
for Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Bronx,
Westchester and Nassau to provide high quality
coordinated physical therapy services in collaboration
with the health care team to patients in their homes,
or other designated settings, consistent with the
organizational philosophies, policies and standards of
care. A license and current registration to practice
Physical Therapy in New York State and a minimum
of one year of full time paid, work experience (or
equivalent) as a Physical Therapist a must. Home
Care experience preferred.
