1. FIRST CUT around your journal template to remove the white border<br />
2. THEN CUT your template in half along the thick dashed line<br />
3. ACCORDION FOLD each sheet into four along the dotted lines (keep the design facing up)<br />
4. PRESS both sheets together to combine<br />
5. STAPLE them together (follow the white guides)<br />
6. WRITE down everything that makes you happy
