service, maintenance, factory-authorized repairs, and guaranteed original manufacturer’s
parts. A premium serv&care package is also offered for those customers who prefer a fixed
rate with more planned control over maintenance costs and scheduling.

transmittal that records vibration and process data and interprets its meaning.
GEA Westfalia Separator wewatch ® eliminates unscheduled downtime by predicting
and preventing critical equipment failures and diagnosing the root cause of elevated
vibration levels.

and historical data through universal connectivity.

Expanding
North American
commitment
We recognize that an

To this end, we have
recently expanded our investment in North
America via a $5.5 million capital expenditure
in a complete West Coast support facility. This
addition, known as the Western Region Customer
Support Center, features a comprehensive shop for
repair and service of all GEA Westfalia Separator
machines, including the largest decanters.
The building also houses a full parts
inventory and a training center developed for
equipment demonstrations with customers.
The new facility makes GEA Westfalia
Separator the only North American centrifuge
supplier to offer both East and West Coast
repair locations.
