PRICING<br />

All prices shown are suggested only. Consult your sales rep for specific terms<br />

and conditions of sale.<br />

PAYMENT<br />

All orders must be paid at time of shipment unless a Net 30 Days Credit<br />

Account has been approved by <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong>. Forms of payment<br />

accepted by <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> are: cash, certified check, C.O.D. and<br />

credit card. Customers who qualify for Net 30 Days Credit Accounts must maintain<br />

current payment status or all discounts will be nullified and future shipments<br />

will be shipped C.O.D. only. C.O.D. orders include a $10. <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong><br />

<strong>Supply</strong> fee in addition to the C.O.D. fee charged by the freight firm. Payment of<br />

C.O.D. orders must be made by certified check or cashier check.<br />

RED LINED ITEMS<br />

Items designated in red are reduced in price. These items are only available<br />

while supplies last. No other discounts apply. Once inventory is depleted, we<br />

will not offer that item for sale in <strong>2008</strong>.<br />

FREIGHT<br />

Free freight for qualifying orders is available for our customers. Please call<br />

<strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> for further details. Special order and drop ship items<br />

do not qualify for freight prepaid programs. Additional fees apply to truck<br />

freight deliveries to residential addresses.<br />

SHORT SHIPMENT<br />

The customer must provide <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> the receipt from the<br />

carrier, along with customer’s count of product within 72 hours of receipt of<br />

merchandise.<br />

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT<br />

Upon receipt of goods, the customer must inspect for damage and add the<br />

phrase “not for hidden damages” when signing the receipt for goods. If damage<br />

is discovered, the customer must initiate a claim with the shipper.<br />

RESTOCKING FEE<br />

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all salable returned items.<br />

RETURN POLICY<br />

Returns will only be accepted if identified with a legitimate Return Authorization<br />

(RA) number prior to returning product. To receive an RA number, customers<br />

must call a <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> representative to explain the nature of the<br />

return. The RA number should appear clearly on the outside of each package<br />

returned. Credit will be issued once the merchandise is received, inspected<br />

and authorized. The customer is responsible for freight costs incurred for the<br />

return to <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong>.<br />

WARRANTIED MERCHANDISE<br />

Defective items may be returned to <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> without a<br />

restocking fee during the warranty period of the merchandise. The customer is<br />

responsible for returning the items to <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> and for freight<br />

costs. Each item must be accompanied by a copy of original retail receipt from<br />

the dealer showing the date of purchase. Items will be replaced or repaired at<br />

the discretion of <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Landscape</strong> <strong>Supply</strong>.<br />

Prices supersede all previously published prices and are subject to change<br />

without notice.<br />
