The TurnAround Management (TAM) and Business Advisory Services (BAS)
Programme of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) provide
micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with direct assistance from experienced
business advisors and consultants, helping them to adapt to the demands of a market
TAM Programme
The TurnAround Management (TAM) Programme helps small and medium to large sized
enterprises transform themselves. TAM advisors enable enterprises to make structural
Since its start in 2002, the TAM has completed 10 projects and a further three are still
on-going. Since then, more than € 2,8 million have been invested. The sectors which
received the most TAM support are food manufacturing and tourism. TAM is especially
focusing on the assistance of the restructuring process in Montenegro, according to the
TAM/BAS Strategy for 2008-2010.
