apply to either (or both) of our distinctive career tracks:<br />
Financial Services Management Consulting (FSC):<br />
Consultants on this track specialize in Financial Services and become content experts early in their careers, which<br />
affords high responsibility. They work on strategy and management challenges for clients in the financial sector,<br />
including retail banking, investment banking, insurance, wealth and asset management and risk.<br />
General Management Consulting (GMC):<br />
Consultants on this track work across a range of industries including automotive, aerospace and defense, media<br />
and technology, energy, surface transportation etc. This track provides an opportunity to develop a broad skill set<br />
across a range of industry options, and allows for sector specialization as your career progresses.<br />

The interviews will be a mix of case studies to assess your problem solving, numerical and analytical skills and<br />
CV based interviews to assess your motivation to work within strategy consulting.<br />

Internship Opportunities<br />
We hire interns to work in a role similar to that of a first year<br />
consultant, both in Financial Services Consulting and in General<br />
Management Consulting.<br />
Profile description/application criteria: As for full time positions, we are<br />
seeking high-caliber candidates with strong analytical and quantitative<br />
skills.<br />
<strong>Caree</strong>r plan: Internship from 3 to 6 consecutive months. Flexible start<br />
dates.<br />
The interviews will be a mix of case studies and CV based interviews.<br />
