Dr Christina Bauer has been working <strong>for</strong> the section<br />
<strong>for</strong> regional development and <strong>EU</strong> regional policy of the<br />
government office of the Government Office of the Land<br />
Salzburg since 2001. For more than 10 years she has<br />
been acting as legal expert in the Managing Authority<br />
of the “Alpine Space” programme where she supports<br />
programme bodies and project partners of this and other<br />
<strong>EU</strong> Structural Funds programmes in legal questions. Dr<br />
Christina Bauer has published articles and a book on<br />
procurement in <strong>EU</strong> Structural Funds programmes and<br />
regularly holds lectures on this subject.<br />
